Batched
- Combine all ingredients except for the lime wheel and cherry in a shaker (or pitcher if you're batching)

- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Brandy
- 3/4 oz Meyer Lemon Balm
- 3/4 oz Orange Blossom Tonic
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Lime Wheel & Maraschino Cherry
Batched
- 8 oz Dark Rum
- 8 oz Brandy
- 6 oz Meyer Lemon Balm
- 6 oz Orange Blossom Tonic
- 4 oz Lime Juice
- Combine all ingredients except for the lime wheel and cherry in a shaker (or pitcher if you're batching)
- shake with no ice
- Serve in a rocks glass with ice and lime and cherry garnish.
- Keep your ice on the side and serve when you pour your drink!
If you're using a pitcher to batch use a tabel top or hand blender to combine the cocktail with no ice.
